AGE CRITERIA FOR HARYANA SCHOOLS – SESSION 2027–28

SCHOOL ADMISSION RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Admission is subject to the availability of seats and approval by the school authorities.
2. Parents must fill out the admission form correctly and submit all required documents.
3. The following documents are required at the time of admission:
   • Birth Certificate of the child.
   • Passport-size photographs of the child and parents.
   • Aadhaar Card of the child and parents, wherever required.
   • Previous school's Transfer Certificate (TC), wherever applicable.
   • Previous class report card, wherever applicable.
   • Address proof.
4. The age of the child must meet the prescribed age criteria for the respective class.
5. Parents must provide correct and complete information in the admission form.
6. Admission fees and other applicable charges must be paid within the stipulated time.
7. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
8. Submission of an admission form does not guarantee admission.
9. The school reserves the right to cancel admission if any incorrect information or forged document is found.
10. Parents are requested to follow all school rules, regulations and guidelines.
11. Any change in address, contact number or other personal details must be immediately communicated to the school office.
12. The decision of the school management regarding admission will be final, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

For withdrawal from the school following rules are to be considered:-

•   If the conduct or influence of any student is detrimental to the general discipline, then the Principal may order for immediate withdrawal.
•   If fees and other dues are not deposited after issue of a reminder, the student's name will be struck off from the rolls of the school.
•   If a student is found medically unfit and is a health hazard to other students, he/she may be withdrawn.
•   All students are admitted with an understanding that they will remain in the school for the entire course.
•   Parents/guardians are not allowed to withdraw their children on any account except revision of fees, transfer, etc. In such cases one month's notice should be given in writing.
•   The school leaving certificate will be issued only after the clearance of the dues. In addition Rs. 200/- will be charged for the transfer certificate (for Class 10th and 12th the charge for TC is Rs. 500/-).
